DELIVERY POLICY AND COSTS

For UK resident customers parcels will arrive in 2-3 business days since the moment the package has been shipped.

For European customers parcels may take 7 to 10 business days since the moment the package has been shipped. Please notice that delivering the parcel in some countries may take longer, unfortunately it depends on the local postal service (i.e. Italy).

Shipping costs are different based on the country you are in.
For UK customers shipping is free for parcels over £35, otherwise shipping cost is £4.90.
For USA, Europe and also intercontinental deliveries shipping costs is £9.50.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Moriconi is happy to offer a return and exchanges to all our UK customers.

Whilst we are sure you will love your purchase, if you don’t, we will be more than happy to refund any online purchase within a 14 days period, or exchange any item within 28 days period.

Simply forward us the original email with the invoice you received with your order, and we will get back to you with all the info you need to return it.

Sale items have a 7 days return window from date of receipt of order (exchange only).

Please ensure you send items securely packaged to Moriconi Italy, as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange.

Please note: We will not accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to us.

Proof of postage is advisable and we would recommend you send the item via recorded delivery.

All returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which is faulty, is an incorrect item or an item has been damaged in transit, please email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, and we will contact you to arrange how to send the item(s) back to us.

Moriconi reserves the right to charge postage costs for items returned as faulty which, upon inspection, are not faulty.

For international customers Moriconi will only refund the cost incurred by returning any faulty item(s) to us using your local postal service’s tracked international delivery service. Moriconi will not refund the cost of sending by courier.

Please note that refunds will only be processed using the payment method used during the purchase (no store refund for online purchase).

Moriconi will not accept liability for incorrect address detail input during checkout. Any orders dispatched to an address incorrectly input by our customers will only be resent or refunded if the order is returned unopened by Royal Mail, no refunds will be issued due to errors caused by end-users

RETURNS ON ENGRAVED JEWELLERY

Once a piece of jewellery has been engraved it is no longer in its original condition and so cannot be returned.
Any spelling errors due to incorrect information provided by you will not deemed an error by Moriconi.
